Terms & Conditions

It is our policy to see to it that you are more than satisfied.  Please feel free to discuss any changes or additions to your wedding arrangements as they arise.

• Reservations will not be confirmed until receipt of this form and a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $400 made payable to Liorah's Weddings & Celebrations.   Please mail your deposit to Liorah's Weddings & Celebrations, 561 Papau Street, Kihei, Hawaii 96753.  Payment can be made by personal or travelers checks.

• We require a credit card number to secure your booking.  

• Other deposits may be required to secure locations, rentals, and/or other items.  You will be notified of these requirements should they apply to your event. 

• Upon receipt of your deposit and order form, we will send you a price estimate based on the items you select including tax  and coordination fee. 

• All sales are subject to current State of Hawaii sales tax.

• Final payment is due NO LATER than 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date.  Out-of -state checks will not be accepted within 30 days of wedding.  Changes to wedding order, including services or items reserved are acceptable up until 30 days prior to the wedding date.  Any cancellations or services that Liorah's Weddings & Celebrations has been hired to provide will be charged in full to the client at this time.  All deposits/payments will become non-refundable 30 days prior to the wedding date.  Any additions to a wedding package are acceptable provided we are able to secure the services requested within this time frame. 

• If final payment is not received within 30 days of wedding, client hereby authorized Liorah's Weddings & Celebrations to charge remaining balance on the credit card securing this reservation.

• By signing below, or submitting the electronic web contract indicating that you have read and agreed to this, both Bride and Groom accept the above terms and conditions.  Any changes to these conditions shall be in writing and agreed to by both parties no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event.  Signatures below shall also serve as permission for all credit card orders and be considered authorization for use of credit card with Liorah's Weddings & Celebrations.
